track changes printing problem

Hello, folks! Could someone please enlighten us?

We are using Word 2007--looking at the same document in both .doc AND .docx
formats. Both formats have same problem: Insertions and deletions look fine
on screen, but pages print out with right side of text cut off. We've been
puzzling and puzzling. What are we doing wrong?

Here are the settings:

Use Balloons (print and web layout): Never
Final showing markup
Show markup: "insertions and deletions" is checked, others unchecked
Balloons: "show all revisions inline" is checked, others unchecked.

Any help or hints anybody could offer would be greatly appreciated!

Forgot to add that we do want to print the document with the additions and
deletions marked (which is what we see on the screen).
