Tower noise when moving mouse

Running XP on an HP Computer Mdl 7966 Using a wireless HP USB Mouse. whenever I move the mouse or scroll I hear some sort of sound comming from the PC, Just started doing this. Any assistance and resolution would be appreciated.
 
if you installed drivers for your mouse go to windows update site and scan for updates. some times it will come up with an updated driver for your mouse if detected. i had the same problem with a logitech and i installed the updated driver and it works fine now. hope that helps.
