toolbox

OK, I am an idiot....... Am trying to run pop-up blocker
from earthlink and the directions say go to the toolbox
menu and pull down etc,etc,etc. Where is the freaking
toolbox?!
Sorry, this is frustrating. The pop-ups are driving me
mad!

You are not the problem. May I also suggest you email Earthlink telling
them to fire that idiot who wrote that programme. Honest.
