Toolbars

Does anyone know how to get rid of a "hotbar" toolbar. I
un-check it every time in the view menu, but it always
comes back when I open again

Try looking in the Add/Remove Programs in your Control
Panel to see if this little program is "installed"... if
so, remove it and restart Windows.
