How do I PERMANENTLY stop the hotbar Toolbar from
appearing in MS Internet Explorer
6.0.2800.1106.xpcht_qfe.021108.2107

No amount of "view", "toolbars", "hotbar" clicking stops
the hotbar from reappearing the next time the MS Internet
Explorer browser is invoked.

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the
possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing
your problem(s).
