Toolbars need to be rearranged each time Outlook 2007 is opened!

I have about 4 Add-Ins in Outlook. Everytime I open Outlook, the Toolbars
for these Add-Ins are not lined up right next to each other. (There are gaps
in the Toolbars' spacing, both vertically and horizontally on my screen.)

Does anyone have a way of "pinning" each Toolbar in Outlook so that they are
aligned together every time I open Outlook?

So it's to remain a secret which add-ins these are? Hard to
troubleshoot secrets.

Some toolbars are rude in that they demand an entire row. So they force
a rearrangement of the other toolbars. Some also always append their
toolbar to the end of an Outlook toolbar rather than be their own
separate toolbar. Guess you'll have to actually identify the toolbars
so others that also use them can comment.
