Outlook 2003 - The toolbars need to have a lock command. Every time I open
Outlook, the toolbars that I like to use are stacked. I have to move them so
that they don't take up so much viewing space.
Why is there no horizontal scrollbar? There are so many column options that
are useful but in order to use them, you must either rearrange the screen,
scrunch the columns together so they fit on the page or arrow over to see
what is off to right of the viewing area.
