outlook needs an easy check box to allow the user to automatically
spellcheck an email before it is sent. It is triggered when the user clicks
on send.

What version of Outlook do you use? It should be on every version- look in
tools, options, spelling tab for it or let us know your version.

You looked at Tools-Options-Spelling? Or not?
