Outlook Right-click and drag a message to a folder makes a rule

It would be very helpful in Outlook if when one right-clicks and drags a
message to a mail folder, Outlook asks if it should create a rule to move all
future messages from either the sender or the sender's domain to that folder.

Version of Outlook? In 2003, you can right click and create a rule before
moving the message.

Right-clicking a message to create a rule requires a minimum of 6 clicks. If
the user has created nested mail folders, additional clicks are necessary to
navigate to the folder. After that, the user still has to move the message
to the selected folder unless they want to wait for Outlook to search all
messages and move all that apply to the new rule. My suggestion would
require as few as one click and no more than three.
