Outlook should allow rule condition by e-mail domain

It is typical to have all e-mail coming from a particular company to be
routed to a folder. We should not have to create a rule on an individual
e-mail address basis.

If you look for text in the header (like xyz.com), it might fulfill this
need. I use it all the time to move items from a few vendors to their own
folders.
