Toolbars Moving

Is there any way to lock the toolbars? Everytime I send a new email, I have
to rearrange the toolbars because they are each on different lines. I would
like to get them consolidated onto one or two lines and have them stay there.

Is this a third party toolbar? Typically, with third party toolbars the
answer is "no".

The third party tool bar is not moving. The Microsoft toolbars are moving.
It just started recently - within the last few weeks.

The built-in toolbars and third party tool bars don't always play well
together. Try removing the thrid party bar and see if that affects the
problem.

I removed the third party toolbar and rearranged the built-in toolbars. I
closed and re-opened the page and am still having the same problems. Any
ideas?

Delete or rename the file %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat and let
Outlook rebuild it. You will lose customizations so you'll have to add them
back in.

Brian,

Thanks for your help.

Please forward this problem to someone who might offer additional
suggestions...a lot of folks are having this "moving toolbar" problem, and
the same suggestions are always given:

3rd party toolbars are misbehaving, so remove them
rename a file and have it rebuilt
etc.

THESE SUGGESTIONS DON'T FIX THE PROBELM...SO LET'S GET PAST THIS.

"Moving toolbars" are a Microsoft problem.

We need a tech support person in hear who has a good answer.
