locking the toolbars in outlook03

Everytime I rearrange the tool bars in outlook03. After I close and then
open outlook again the toolbars are not where I put them.

How do I lock those toolbars?

YOu didn't say which toolbars. Most third-party add-ins' toolbars are reset
by those add-ins every time Outlook starts.

I have the standard, video e-amil and history toolbars. Standard stays put
but the others move around.

btw I don't have a clue as to what that history bar is for. I do have the
Business Contact Manager installed also.

Then the situation is exactly as I described. BCM is the add-in that owns
the History toolbar.

order to take advantage of that history bar.
