Outlook 2003 and attachments

One and only one person(has this problem) sends attachments and they are
always in the body not the attachment bar. It is a word doc.

Where in Outlook03, if there is, the setting for handling attachemnts?

I recall in 2002, Plain text messages, Rich Text messages and HTML message
attached attchements differently. Perhaps 2003 does something similar.

She's sending her messages as Rich Text, which displays the attachment icon
in the body of the message. Have her change her default format to HTML or
Plain Text.
