Toolbars locked

My toolbars are shaded out and I have an added toolbar
called isearch. I cannot change my default home web site
nor can I access my toolbars. Anyone know how I can
eliminate isearch?

Go to isearch.com and download isearch toolbar. Insatll

it, then go to add/remove programs and you can uninstall
it. It may seem strange but Ithis is what I had to
do......mike
