toolbar

i have this Isearch toolbar,and i want it to go away. it
tries making itself my homepage,and i cant remove it. it
doesnt appear in the 'add/remove programs' window. nor in
the BPS remover. i cant modify it in IE either. right
clicking does literally nothing,and i cant change it when
looking in the toolbar option in View.
