To import from outlook express

Hello,

can anybody tell me how I can import all my e-mail addresses from Outlook
Express, on my old hard disk installed in my new computer, to the new vista
mail system?

I realy hope someone can,

Copy your Windows Addressbook to your new computer, then in Windows
Mail-Contacts do Import.....
