to hide fast user switch

Hi, i want to know how can i disable a particular service
for a specified user. i actaully want to disable the
audio service for one user on my computer, so that not a
single sound will come out from the speaker. i am running
on winXP Pro and i am the administrator. one more thing,
can i "hide" the switch user tab in logoff menu? i mean
just make it invisible or unclickable to user, but not
disabling the whole fast user switch option. i want to
make only the administrator can have the ability of using
fast user switch, and everyone else can only use logoff.
any answer would be great...
