"To" heading missing from "sent items" in Outlook

Strange things are happening with my Outlook. In "sent items" there is no
longer a column for the address the emails were sent to. I also just noticed
that the delete button is missing, so I can only delete messages by right
clicking. Does anyone know what is going on and how I get back these
functions, plus any others that might have gone AWOL?

Tey resetting the folder's view to its default. Exactly how is
version-specific and you've decided your version of Outlook was not important
enough to mention.
