Hi

I was configuing a new laptop today, and was on Windows Updates download ghe
latest patches. I got an error message telling me that the laptop
clock/time setting was wrong, and I followed a lin kwhere I was able to
select from a drop down list of time servers.

I forgot to make a note of where this was, and i now cannot find it - can
someone help me please

Thanks

Thank Eric, but no that wasn't it.

I thought it was within the local computer's control panel somewhere - it
was a third tab on dialog box ( I thought Date and time, but not). That'ss
teach me to pay more attention to what I was doing.

Double click the time in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click the "Internet Time" tab.
While there verify the Time Zone and other settings are correct.
