I would venture to guess your CMOS/BIOS battery on the motherboard needs to
be replaced - normally they look something like a thin nickle. Consult your
motherboard/PC's manual for detailed instructions, or you may need to go to
the PC manufacturer's website. The standard coin batteries can be picked up
at your local drug or electronics store and take about a minute at most to
install.
