.tif files in IE 6

I am getting a red x when trying to view .tif files in
Internet Explorer 6. I can view any other images fine in
my website, but the tif files won't open. By right
clicking and selecting 'show picture' nothing still comes
up. Any help would be much appreciated.

IE by itself cannot display TIFF files. You need a 3rd party browser plugin
to display them.

Any suggestions for a plugin to use? I wasn't sure, I am
taking over a website from someone. the program that is
supposed to bring the images up worked fine with IE5, but
6 doesn't work.
