Thumbnails

Just replaced my PC and the new one came with WIN 2K
Professional.
In WIN Explorer, I can't see thumbnails of the pictures in
the folders...
Is there something I can try?
Can WIN XP' "Picture and Fax viewer" be installed onto the
WIN 2K platform? Anybody try it?

I've done that, but the only thumbnails I see are of .bmp
files...not .jpg or .gif
Any other suggestions?
