thumbnails

The thumbnails do not display when when when I click on
the thumbnail view in explorer. It has worked in the past
and the view window still works. Any suggestions?

First do Start | Run | regsvr32 thumbvw.dll | OK | OK. Then choose the thumbnail view in a folder. Then click off the folder then go back to the folder. Make sure WebView is enabled in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder options... | Webview.
