My windows 2000 professional, laptop when I open a folder and select the view as thumbnail, I am not able to see the thumbnail,it shows up as an Icone. How can I change this to see the thumbnail.

Jerry's tip does not refer to Windows XP at all, it refers to Office XP
though.
Regardless, give the resolution a shot.....Remember, any given problem can
have a number of possible causes: but the resolution is still the same.
