"This is SPAM" button no longer shows up

The "This is SPAM" button (the red flag symbol), as well as the "This is not
SPAM" button, no longer shows up. I can't find a way to restore them, in
spite of trying all menus and browsing internet forum. Grateful for any help
on to to solve this. Thanks in advance!

That is not a native Outlook function. So that makes it an issue with the
application that you installed that created those buttons.

How is this an *Outlook* issue?
