This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Hi-
I keep getting the message error below when I boot my
computer. Actually, my PC won't resume from Stand By
anymore and will now always re-boot from scratch.
Everything was working fine until last week,now I have
this error message every time I boot my PC.
The problem seems to be caused by the driver of my Sony
Clie. The device manager shows the message "This device
cannot start. (Code 10)"
But I'm using my Clie for a year, no changes have been
made on PC with regards to my handheld.

suggestion than launching the recovery system option?
