Q322205. Error code on blue screen then restarts computer

Computer occasionally flashes to an error message on a
blue screen and then restarts.

The blue screen states "BAD_POOL_CALLER". After I
restart the computer the error details included the
following:

Error Signature:
BCCODE : c2BCP1 : 00000007 BCP2: 00000CD4 BCP3: 020A006
BCP4: 866C74C8 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP: 1_0 Product 256_1

Files included in error report:
