This device can not start code 10

I have installed an FX5200TD128 with video captue etc.
all the drivers load ok and work apart from the video
capture. the computer finds the device loads the drivers
but I then get the message ( This device can not start
code 10 ) I have uninstalled many times and looked for
new drivers on the MSI web and NVIDIA web but no joy any
help PLEASE
 
If I remember correctly this may have had something to do with a resource
conflict. It happened to me with two video cards installed.
Just a thought.
