Is it my system or are others finding there is a longer than expected
delay uploading messages to the Microsoft private news server? No

I have not been having any problems, maybe its something with your ISP? Are
you browsing the Internet just, is there a delay in accessing web pages?

No problem with the Microsoft public news server. It is very difficult
to check access to web pages as they are so variable. Some are very slow
whilst others load quickly.

Posting isn't "instant" like in the public newsgroups. I always get a
"Waiting for Confirmation" message when I post. Sometimes it goes pretty
fast and other times it takes quite a while.
I'm using XNews, but I doubt if that's a factor.

I personally am not having any lack in performance for messages being
posting to the newsgroups.
