There was an error found when printing the document

Hi All,

My print server (win2000 server with SP4) have require
authentication. Username and password include server side.

Client (win2000 Prof. with SP4) have username and password other
than server. Client send a printing to server, receive
"There was an error found when printing the document "Test Page" to
\\printserver\printername. Do you want to retry or cancel the job."

Now, I want dialog box to user for type username and password screen.
How can I do?
