There is not "Insert paper" prompt using "Manual Paper Feed" on Paper Source

Manual paper feed simply does nothing. The "insert paper"
prompt does not appears before each page is sent to the
printer. I´m using Windows 2000 SP4. This error also
ocurred in Windows 2000 (no SP), Windows 2000 (SP3), and
in Windows XP (no SP and SP1).

I could reproduce this bug in any printer and with any
driver (even generic one).
