You shouldn't experience any problems with the built-in defragger. Tip:
disconnect from the Internet/LAN (broadband users), shut down all your
running applications (including any anti-virus/firewall software) and other
processes that are running that are non-essential (CTRL+ALT+DEL task
manager) before you do the defrag because defrag can't move fragments of
running applications.
