the welcome screen does not appear when open outlook even after i.

The welcome screen does not open to the page even when i configured it under
custmomize it still loads the inbox and not the welcome screen.

Any ideas?

i went there an outlook today was already selected and still not displaying
it....
 
Edit the shortcut you are using to open Outlook to point to the preferred
location.

I just updated the shortcut with the one under the folder and it fixed it.
