New Computer - Outlook 2007 won't open in Vista

I am running Vista and when I try to open Outlook 2007 the screen turns
completely white and there is one sentence at the top "Welcome to the Outlook
Startup Wizard, which will guide you through the process of configuring
Outlook 2007." I just uninstalled the office suite and reinstalled it. This
didn't work.

Any ideas about what I need to do? Have had this computer for a little
while now and outlook has never opened.

Try using the Control Panel, mail applet to set up your profile for Outlook
to use.

If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, you'll find it in the 32-bit
section.
