As evident by the multitude of problems described in just this newsgroup
alone, it's evident that nothing - not even the simplest software - will
work well with Vista without it putting up a fight.
If this is what Microsoft calls a 'better version of Windows' than XP,
then the moon IS made of cheese, the sky is really blue (except in Los
Angeles), there is no war in Iraq, and global warming is just a common
nightmare that doesn't exist when you wake up every day.
If I have to spend more money on new software, hardware and peripherals
just to get a crappy OS that doesn't work as advertised, then I'm as
stupid as...well...a Windows Vista user.
Something about 'a fool and his money' comes to mind whenever I think of
Vista...
