The Terminal Server cannot issue a client license

I'm using windows 2000 Server for Terminal Application
with Citrix XPe and Windows 2003 Server for Terminal
License Enabled. I cann't connect my client to Server..if
i try to connect then, the following Event Error created
on Windows 2000 Server (Terminal Application),

"The Terminal Server cannot issue a client license"

Please Help to resolve this issue. Thx. S RAMESH

Can you verify that the W2K TS can locate the 2003 TS Licensing
Server? You might have to hardcode the name of the LS into the
registry of the TS.

Do other clients have the same problem? Is the Licensing Server
issueing TS CALs at all?
Which OS runs on the client? If it isn't running W2K Prof or XP
Pro, did you install Window 2000 TS CALs on the LS?
Try if it helps to delete the license from the registry on the
client.

Thanks for your HELP..! I have solved this problem when I
given LS into the Registry in TS...it's working fine..!

I also have Win2K server trying to get licences from a
2003 terminal licence server.
My resolution is to install device cals to the LS
otherwise only temporary cals will be issued.
