"the system has recovered from a serious error"...

Hi,

For a few days I encountered some issues with my notebook (Fujitsu). So far
I have been very happy. I use Win XP Pro XP2.

A few days ago, I got an error "thermal sensor error", restarting several
times apparently solved the problem.

Since yesterday, if I don't work on it for a few minutes it shuts itself
down. So this morning I called Fujitsu. They asked me to uncheck
"hibernation" and turn the monitor off after 20 minutes instead of 5, which
has always been set like that.

They told me about overclock, but I found that is something ONE does, and
makes the issue. I didn't.

However, now, once again it shut down, I rebooted it and I get "the system
has recovered from a serious error". So maybe everything is related. Error
signture says "BCCode : a BCP1 : 0A060030 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 :
00000000
BCP4 : 804DA6DB OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1 "
and tech info says
C:\DOCUME~1...\Temp\WER10ab.dir00\Mini092008-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\...\Temp\WER10ab.dir00\sysdata.xml

"a log of this error has been created", ok but where? and what can I do?
Anyone could help me to decipher? And even if I click "close" it doesn't.

I would be very grateful for your help.

Background information on Stop Error message
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms793589.aspx

0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Typically due to a bad driver, or faulty or incompatible hardware or
software. Use the General Troubleshooting of STOP Messages checklist
above. Technically, this error condition means that a kernel-mode
process or driver tried to access a memory location to which it did not
have permission, or at a kernel Interrupt ReQuest Level (IRQL) that was
too high. (A kernel-mode process can access only other processes that
have an IRQL lower than, or equal to, its own.)

Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?

Try Start, Run, type "sigverif.exe" without quotes and hit OK. What
drivers are listed as unsigned? Disregard those which are not checked.

Does the computer actually get hot? I had a Toshiba which tended to
overheat and shut itself down. The remedy was to buy a can of compressed air
and regularly blow the dust from the vents under and at the side of the
computer.

Oh, I read them! The problem is there is nothing I can do, I get that blue
screen before having time! Fujitsu says it is a motherboard issue.... (due to
Thermal error...

Now I have been able to work for 5 minutes, miracle!!!

Thanks if you can help more. I did a restore, but doesn't solve. Going back
to the previous working settings doesn't go to the end, I don't know what to
do

When is the error occuring? Does it occur during the boot or after? Does
it occur in Safe Mode?

What do you have by way of a Windows XP CD?
