"The server unexpectedly closed the connection" message when publi

Hello-

Moving an FP2003 site to a new provider with FP extensions. Everything seems
to be going well.....except that FP keeps getting disconnected from the
server and then gives me the message you see in the subject line here.

The site is fairly large (1.1G) it is a PITA that it keeps disconnecting. It
may go along fine for 10 minutes, maybe 15 minutes, maybe 2 minutes.....

I've called the provider to see if they have timeouts on connections and
they say no. They indicate that it is MY provider that is disconnecting.
Funny how I don't this problem publishing anywhere else. :( Anyone? Anyone?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download FP Cleaner ( with
Expression Web Designer and SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

Then open the local site and recalculate hyperlinks.
Then publish.

See if it helps.

Thank you Steve. I made it through publishing the site yesterday but have
bookmarked your linkgs in case I need them in the future. It seemed the more
that got published, the further it went before closing the connection.

Thanks again!
