The remote computer did not respond

Hello,


After the Computer boots to the desktop a window pops up
with the error code 678 "The remote computer did not
respond" and asks if to re-dial. I would like to know how
to disable this pop up error.

Go to control panel then click network connections delete
the dial-up dialer.
