The Power Manager service terminated unexpectedly.

After I restored my system, I now have a problem with my Power Manager
service. 1st I get the message in a popup: Faulting application
svchost.exe, version 5.1.0.0, faulting module svchost.exe, version 5.1.0.0,
fault address 0x000013db. and 2nd when I investiaged further I get found in
the system event viewer that it has something to do with the power manager
terminating upexpectedly. Can I reinstall the power manager or fix it some
other way?

I repaired windows xp, but I still have the same problem. Hmm
