The internet explorer

if there is anyone out there that can help me i would really be very happy.
just the other day i was trying to open another window in internet explorer.
well when i do that the window that i was currently in gets pushed
away/disappears and is replaced by the new window. i don't know what is
going on and it's really starting to bug me. if you know what it is i can
do, please let me know and respond back to this posting. thank you for your
time.

When this happens, press the back button. That should do the trick.

I am having this same problem baiscally. I attempt to open a SECOND IE
window, and the first one closes.... There is no "back button" option, and
the entire address of what one of the people here wrote in is not visible.
So, if I attempt, lets say, to go to the UPS website ----AND---- PAYPAL
at the same time, I only have one explorer window, no matter what I do.

How can I fix this or be able to open more than one window?
