The dependency service or group failed to start.

Many Services are Dependent on another Service. If that Services
has not started a dependent service cannot run.

To view Services select Start, Administrative Tools, Services or
Start, Control Panel, Start, Administrative Tools, Services.
Right click on the Service Name to get more information.
