The CD's i burn can't be read.......

Everything was working fine and then for no apparent reason,any CD's i burn can't be read in a home,car or even my pc.Keeps saying disk is empty or has no data on it.Same thing happens when i use media player or nero to make MP3 cds.Have even purchased a new burner and had it professionally installed but hasent helped the problem any one have any idea what might be wrong?

Are you finalising the CD's when burning them ?
