Chris - your first post had your adelphia email address in it. No one has
specifically targeted you, rather (ro)bots or viruses regularly scan the
newsgroups for email addresses then harvest these for spam or viruses.

Never post with your real address, use a method where a human can decipher
the address but a computer can't. e.g. (e-mail address removed)

If you are new to newsgroups how about finding out more about them rather
than coming in here with guns blazing next time?
