Hi Mehdi,

If by writing "its Icon in control panel is invalid yet!", you mean that the Icon
does not appear in the Control Panel, make certain that it is not hidden using Group
Policies. If you are the sole administrator of your computer, do the following.
Else, talk to your Administrator about this problem:

- Log on as the built-in Administrator
- Click Start > Click Run > type gpedit.msc and click OK
- Navigate to the following policy folder and check to make sure neither of the
policies that can be Enabled to hide Control Panel applets includes the "Users and
Passwords" folder.

Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel

And if you are the sole administrator of your computer, and you mean something other
than the above, please explain. For example, if are you receiving an error message
that includes the word invalid please post the exact text of the message. If there
are any error messages in Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc) related to this action, please
post the exact text. Also, please check all the other icons in your Control Panel to
see if they work properly.

BTW, for future reference, it is best to reply to the original thread.
