Hi,

I had problems with SP3 and you have listed steps to be taken after reformat
and re-installation of Windows XP Professional. I followed your list,
reinstalled all the programs, and have now put the OS on automatic updates.
After re-installing, my accounting and tax applications are working well,
though there were occasional crashes. Overall I'm happy with the result and
wanted to thank you for all the help.
