texture issues on Sapphire ATI 9000 and BF1942

Just re-installed Windows XP Pro, it is fully updated (including DirectX
9.0b and sound drivers). Installed BF1942 and the ATI Catalyst 3.10 drivers
and I'm getting weird textures when I'm in planes or vehicles. It's almost
impossible to play. I used the ATI uninstall utility and tried a couple of
other drivers but it is still happening. If anyone has any suggestions (or
knows of a good site for this issue) please let me know. It's driving me
nuts.

Intel Mobo with 845 chipset
P4 2.4b
1Gig RAM
AGP 4X
Sapphire ATI 9000 128mb

try the 3.7s and under d3d select high quality textures/mipmap

I used to get that before I switched Cooler for CPU, Case and GPU now it's
gone on my AIW Sapphire 9000Pro

Hmmmm, I'll look at the CPU/Case fan but they appeared to be fine when I
last checked. I can't remember if 3.7 was one of the earlier Cats I tried
but I give them a shot
