For Drive C, under Folder Options --> File Types, I have
changed all *.txt files to open with Textpad, which works
fine. However the "Change Icon" button does not appear
like it did with Windows NT and 2000.
I am using the cloud-type backdrop on the desktop, which
makes the white Notepad icons hard to see, as they blend
in to the background. As I use Textpad frequently, I have
these icons all over.
This is driving me crazy- how can I customize this
icon ?????
