Text in IE TItle bar

Hello i would like to know how to change the text in the
IE title bar. For example. When im on this site it would
normaly say "Community Newsgroups -Microsoft Internet
Explorer" Someone was messin around with this computer and
it now reads "Community Newsgroups -Mikey" they edited the
title bar it reads -Mikey at the end for any website i go
to.

How do i edit it so i can change it back
