Title bar -- something missing?

I noticed something weird recently about the title bar in ie6. Whenever I
have an ie window open, the title bar simply shows the name of the website
followed by a dash, and then it's blank. Using this window as an example, it
reads...

I don't really care that this has changed, except that I'm concerned that
it's an indication of some kind of more serious problem. Anyone know what
this might be about?

I should say I've just rescued my computer from a serious infestation of
spyware and viruses, though it appears to have recovered well.

Fair enough -- but any idea why the title bar would change spontaneously, as
it seems to have on my computer?

I assume some spyware, parasite or similar changed it.
